TeX Live 2012 のインストール

2013はまだ pretest 版なので、ふつうに2012をインストールする。以前2011をインストールしたときにはパッケージが用意されていなかったが、現在は2012のパッケージが用意されているので apt-get で入れる。

$ sudo apt-get install texlive-lang-cjk texlive-fonts-recommended

/usr/share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf の shell_escape_commands を次のように編集。
